Our Communication & Presentation course is developed to equip you with skills to face internal and external stakeholder and deliver a concise and professional presentation. Our course are highly interactive, delivering deep learning through group discussions and individual presentations and reflections. Videos and video-taping will be used to further build on existing knowledge, and discussions will cover ways to apply such new-found knowledge.

Held position as visiting lecturer in teaching diplomas in Speech and Drama and Public Speaking (from Trinity College, London and Guildhall, UK) have provided Lorraine a unique perspective on the importance of proper organization of a speech and delivery techniques in any communication situation.
As an accredited MBTI Administrator, she is able to incorporate the MBTI Instrument in her courses, thus providing an added dimension to her training.

Held position as core Communications Skills trainers for Civil Service College, having written or collaborated on production of their Training Manuals for their Communications programs.
19 years of experiences for providing training for staff in an Indonesian MNC, Japanese MNCs, and Singapore-based UK law firms amongst others gives her a unique experience in dealing and training in multi-cultural settings.
Provide trainings locally and regionally in Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, China and has had a lot of experience training multi-cultural staff in these countries.
