In 2010 he founded an API Standard Consulting, a consultancy specialized in API Q1 Consulting, API Q2 Consulting, ISO 9001 Consulting, AS9100 Consulting and API Monogram License Consulting and Nadcap Consulting. With this consultancy he has brought his clients to successful certications.

Billy M. is well experienced in creation of Quality Management System documents, training of personnel to QMS requirement, internal audits, maintenance, and product inspection. He also has good knowledge of QMS implementation, service knowledge, manufacturing knowledge, non-destructive examination, leadership, technical writing, and people skills.
