About Training
In every exploration and production business and project, risk and uncertainty are omnipresent. Risk and uncertainty influence the decision making processes; how they are developed and what their impacts to the economics are. Thus, making a sound business decisions when risk and uncertainty are present in asset, program and project management is paramount in the industry.
Through this 3-day training course, participants will be able to understand the underlying principles behind the tools and techniques used to identify and deal with uncertainty and risk management related to asset, program and project management. Dr. Paul D. Giammalvo is Senior Technical Advisor (Project Management) to PT Mitratata Citragraha. (PTMC), Jakarta, Indonesia. He is also an adjunct professor, Project and Program Management, at the Center for Advanced Studies in Project, Program and Portfolio Management. He develops and teaches graduate level curricula in Asset and Project Management for Western Australia University, Perth. For over 17 years, he has been providing Project Management training and consulting throughout South and Eastern Asia, the Middle East and Europe. He plays an active professional role in the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI), Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) and the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
